When should I take the SAT or ACT?

Students should take both exams in the spring of their Junior year.  If a student does not receive the score he/she wanted on the exam, he/she can retake it in the fall of his/her Senior year.  Remember, the scores have to be received by college deadlines, so take it early in the fall if you are applying to a school with a Dec 1st deadline.
